Course Outcomes
At the end of the course, the student will be able to:
| CO1 | Identify targets and retrieve peptide/protein sequences for immunoinformatics analysis. | K2 |
| CO2 | Predict MHC Class I binding peptides and proteasomal cleavage sites using online tools (SYFPEITHI, BIMAS, PAProC, NetChop). | K3 |
| CO3 | Predict MHC Class II binding peptides and examine their immunological relevance. | K3 |
| CO4 | Predict B-cell epitopes (sequential and conformational) using bioinformatics tools. | K3 |
| CO5 | Apply antigen–antibody interaction studies and interpret immunoinformatics results for vaccine/therapeutic design. | K3 |
