These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://www.notes.universityacademy.in (the "Site") operated by UniversityAcademy ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may register using an email and password, or via supported social login providers (Google, Facebook, GitHub, LinkedIn, Microsoft). Notify us immediately at info@universityacademy.in of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Nature of Products

UniversityAcademy sells access to digital study material — notes, books, question banks and lab manuals in electronic format (PDF and similar) ("Items"). Some Items are offered free of charge; others require payment as displayed on the Item's page at the time of purchase.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a purchase, you authorize us (via Razorpay) to charge the payment method you provide. We reserve the right to change prices for Items at any time; changes will not affect Items already purchased.

5. Delivery of Digital Content

Upon successful payment confirmation, the purchased Item is unlocked for download immediately from your account Dashboard. No physical shipment is involved. See our Delivery Policy for details.

6. License to Use Purchased Content

When you purchase or download an Item, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to download and use that Item for your individual academic study purposes only. You may not:

Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund, and we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for copyright infringement.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Please refer to our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy for the terms under which refunds may be issued.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, at our discretion, for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, or unauthorized redistribution of content — without prior notice and without refund of already-completed purchases where the violation relates to those purchases.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including the Items, logos, and design, is owned by UniversityAcademy or its content contributors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Items are provided for general educational reference. While we take reasonable care in curating content, we do not guarantee that notes are free of errors or that they cover 100% of any specific college's or professor's examination pattern. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UniversityAcademy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Items, including academic outcomes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
