Shipping & Delivery Policy

UniversityAcademy sells digital products only — there is no physical shipping involved in any purchase made on this Site.
1. Delivery Method
All Items (notes, books, question banks, lab manuals) are delivered electronically. Once your payment is successfully verified through Razorpay:
- The purchased Item is instantly unlocked in your Dashboard
- You can download the file (typically PDF) directly from the Item page or your Dashboard at any time, as many times as needed, for your personal use
- No physical item, courier, or postal delivery is ever sent
2. Delivery Timeframe
Delivery is instant — within seconds of a successful payment confirmation from Razorpay. In rare cases of a delayed webhook or network hiccup, access is typically unlocked within a few minutes. If your purchase does not appear in your Dashboard within 30 minutes of a successful payment, please contact us at info@universityacademy.in with your Razorpay Payment ID.
3. Free Items
Items marked "Free" do not require payment and can be downloaded immediately by any logged-in visitor by clicking the Download button on the Item page — no checkout process is involved.
4. Access Duration
Once purchased, an Item remains available for download from your account indefinitely, for as long as your account remains active and in good standing under our Terms & Conditions.
5. Delivery Issues
If you experience a corrupted download, an inaccessible file, or a payment that was debited without unlocking the Item, please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy or contact info@universityacademy.in.
