- Extrusion Process – Free sketch of Machine, Study of Parts & their function. Practice on Die setting, Cycle time analysis, Start up and shut down Procedure.
- Twin screw extrusion process, Study of Parts & their function. Practice on Die setting, Cycle time analysis, Start up and shut down Procedure.
- Injection Moulding Process - Free sketch of Machine, Study of Parts & their function. Cycle time analysis, Start up and shut down Procedure.
- Compression Moulding or Transfer Moulding Process – Free sketch of Machine, Study of Parts & their function. Cycle time analysis, Start up and shut down Procedure.
- Blow moulding Process – Free sketch of Machine, Study of Parts & their function, Parison die. Practice on Die centering, Cycle time analysis, Start up and shut down Procedure.
- Thermoforming (Vacuum forming) Process – Free sketch of Machine, Study of Parts & their function. Cycle time analysis, Start up and shut down Procedure.
- Rotational Moulding Process – Free sketch of Machine, Study of Parts & their function. Cycle time analysis, Start up and shut down Procedure.
